A nice buy when you don't want to use up all your expensive Creed Virgin Island Water on day's when you are zipping around doing quick errands or just around the house with your lady.

I am obsessed with the entire line of English Laundry Colognes... I have never tried Tahitian waters but LOVE it!! smells impressive.

For $48 , it does not smell nice at all. It smells cheap and$48 is a lot of money to me.

For two consecutive days, I have chosen fragrances by English Laundry – yesterday, it was Arrogant and today, Tahitian Waters… This line is very underrated in the fragrance industry and Tahitian Waters is a Summer gem…TW is an EDP that is a attractive composition of floral, fruity, and woodsy notes with a coconut finish. The end result is an extraordinary fragrance that leaves the user breathing in the air around them most of the day. There is much discussion and comparison to Creed’s Virgin Island Water, and yes there is a bit of shared DNA, but each has its own identity and both are great fragrances. Creed is my favorite fragrance line and in a class all by itself, but I will add that English Laundry (and Tahitian Waters) deserve credit and offer a great alternative.Given TW is an EDP, I got rock-star performance today, lasting 8+ hours on me, even longer on clothing, all at greater than arm’s length distance projection/sillage. While geared more for Spring and Summer wear, TW can easily be worn (occasionally) to remind the user of the past Summer or a time spent in the South Pacific relaxing in a hammock under the shade of palm trees, and sipping on a sun downer. In my opinion, TW is best suited for day wear and for more casual outdoorsy events – I did modestly apply TW this morning prior to going into an office environment – it worked well, but be “easy on the trigger”… Presentation of any English Laundry Fragrance is first class and matched by few designer fragrances. Finally, TW has been discontinued, and thus, a little more challenging to find. As a result, the price is going up. – sometimes, I get frustrated with the laws of supply and demand..!!All said, my final tally of Tahitian Waters is 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. If you can find it, this fragrance is definitely worth adding to your collection. Whether you use it as a go-to Summer fragrance, or to reminisce about a favorite memory, you will not be disappointed adding TW to your collection. Enjoy your day and happy fragrance hunting…

Perfume and Cologne are personal things. You need to try them out before you buy them because I can tell you it smells like cedar and citrus on me and it is the most very nice thing in the world. The scent is something I can use every day and never get tired of it. The big however here is, it will smell different on you. I tried this scent on a dozen people and each person smelt different. None of them were put off by the scent. It was really just different. I tried it on equal parts men and women as this stuff is unisex. Each person was different.Women, for the most part, ended up smelling like sugar and citrus with a hint of jasmine and ylang-ylang. Men ended up smelling like cedar and citrus. Each person was a little different from the last one. None of them were put off by the smell. There are another few ingredients in it but I really didn't get the scent of coconut.This is a great item. If you are looking for something really interesting you might like this scent. If you are looking to share with a few household members this could be for you. It is different for everyone and I really dont have nothing bad to say about this. I would definitely get it in the future.

When I first received this, I was a little disappointed. When you are paying this much for perfume, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect it to be packaged well in addition to smelling nice. There are lots of nice smelling perfumes out there, so for the price that they charge - it seems like the bottle should be pretty nice.English Laundry Tahitian Waters Eau de Parfum is quite honestly, and frankly, packaged in a cheaply made bottle. Nothing about the bottle says "quality" or "haute couture." It is plasticky (if that is a word) and the silver coating on the bottle is uneven and lumpy. The lid has smears of glue and is plastic and poorly covered in silver coating. It is CHEAP.I really planned on giving it less than five stars because of this - it was disappointing. And to be honest, if those things matter to you (and I understand completely why they might) then this is not a five star perfume.So... why did I go ahead and give it five stars? Because the scent kept growing on me and growing on me and I just couldn't forget it. It really is a memorable and enjoyable scent and I really like it. I'm going to try and get my wife to make this one of her top perfumes because I really like it that much.In closing, I would say "SHAME ON YOU" to English Laundry and Christopher Wicks. How cheap are you that you can't put your expensive perfume in a decent bottle with a decent atomizer? Instead you cheaped out on a plastic lid with a standard spray pump and lousy print screen - but fortunately for you the perfume smells nice enough that it is still worth buying.But if I were you, I'd be embarrassed about the packaging...I hope you find this to be a helpful review. Inspired by the calming breeze and tropical feel of the islands, Tahitian Waters is a refreshing fragrance with soothing notes of lime, coconut, orange & bergamot, followed by jasmine and ylang-ylang with finishing touches of brown sugar and cedar wood. An invigorating blend that leaves you feeling content and relaxed!********I don't get the coconut, jasmine, or ylang-ylang at all.That doesn't mean I don't like it, I do. It's light and refreshing. Not too overpowering. I made a bunch of women smell me, they all liked it. Sometimes I wish I wasn't married.

This English Laundry Tahitian Waters Eau de Parfum smells fresh and clean and we think it's wonderful for both sexes.It comes in a attractive and distinctive, silver, padded, presentation box. The bottle is silver with a silver cap over the spray head. You get a generous, 3.4oz of scent.The scent is unique. Quite fresh and light and a little citrusy. And it's unisex, in our opinion. Every man in my house thought it was a man's scent and every woman loved it. I have put it on the bathroom counter and we are all using it. How cool is that? And it lasts all day so you won't have to keep reapplying.It would make an impressive gift but you'll want to keep it for yourself.

English Laundry Tahitian Waters Eau de Parfum is definitely not one of those heavy perfumes on the market. It is subtle with nuances of the tropics, including lime, coconut, orange and bergamot. Jasmine and ylang-ylang; plus, brown sugar and cedar wood tone down the sweetness and creates a more adult-like, but fresh scent.The blend produces an extremely nice formula that invigorates and refreshes. Best of all, the parfum can be applied both during the day and night since it is so soothing and pleasant. Overall, I would highly recommend English Laundry Tahitian Waters Eau de Parfum whether you are perfume shopping for yourself or for gift-giving for that someone special.
